Service Engagements

All service engagements with RoiGuru are governed by separate enterprise service agreements executed between RoiGuru and the client organization. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service commitment.

Advertising Account Authorization

Enterprise service engagements remain governed by separate client agreements. Clients retain ownership of their advertising accounts. RoiGuru receives limited operational authorization to provide agreed services. Clients remain responsible for their budgets, lawful advertising content, business claims, and commercial decisions. RoiGuru may create, update, monitor, report on, or pause supported campaigns within the agreed scope. Access may be changed or terminated through relevant platform controls and applicable contractual procedures.

Third-Party Advertising Platforms

RoiGuru services may interact with third-party advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta. Use of those platforms remains subject to their applicable terms, policies, account controls, and availability. References to a third-party platform do not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.

Google Ads API

RoiGuru operates a proprietary internal Google Ads automation tool used only by authorized RoiGuru personnel. The tool is not a public or self-service product.
