RoiGuru designs and operates internal automation infrastructure that connects authorized client data and campaign rules with Google Ads. The system is used exclusively by RoiGuru personnel to create, update, monitor, pause, and report on Display and Performance Max campaigns through RoiGuru’s manager account.

Fully managed by authorized RoiGuru personnel. Clients retain ownership and control of their Google Ads accounts; RoiGuru operates only within the scope authorized by each client.

The proprietary infrastructure performs a defined set of operational activities for supported campaign types. Each operation is carried out by authorized RoiGuru personnel within the scope authorized by the client.
Campaign creation
Create structured Display and Performance Max campaigns according to approved client data and campaign rules.
Advertisement and asset creation
Create the advertisements and advertising assets required by supported campaign workflows.
Budget updates
Apply authorized campaign budget changes consistently across managed account structures.
Bid updates
Update supported bidding settings according to approved operational rules.
Campaign controls
Pause campaigns when instructed by authorized users or when predefined business conditions require intervention.
Performance reporting
Retrieve and organize campaign performance, delivery status, and operational metadata for monitoring and reporting.
Controlled access through RoiGuru’s manager account
Access to client Google Ads accounts is established through Google’s standard manager-account process and remains under client control at all times.
Client authorization
RoiGuru begins work only after receiving authorization from the client responsible for the Google Ads account.
Manager-account connection
The client account is connected to RoiGuru’s Google Ads manager account using Google’s standard account-management process.
Internal operation
Only authorized RoiGuru personnel use the proprietary automation tool. Clients and members of the public do not receive tool access.
Ongoing control
Clients retain account ownership and may change access or end RoiGuru’s authorization through the applicable Google Ads account controls.
RoiGuru does not request or store a client’s Google account password. Access is established and managed through Google’s standard account-management controls.
