Google Ads API Data & Security

A. Purpose and operating model

RoiGuru operates a proprietary internal tool that supports managed Google Ads automation for authorized enterprise clients. The tool is used only by authorized RoiGuru personnel and is not available to clients or the general public as a self-service product.

B. Account authorization

Client Google Ads accounts are managed through RoiGuru’s Google Ads manager account after authorization by the relevant client. Clients retain ownership and control of their accounts and may change or terminate RoiGuru’s access through the applicable Google Ads account controls.

RoiGuru does not request or store client Google account passwords.

C. Data processed

• Google Ads account and campaign identifiers required for operation
• Campaign configuration and delivery status
• Display and Performance Max campaign metadata
• Advertisement and advertising asset metadata
• Budget and bid configuration
• Campaign performance and reporting metrics
• Operational logs required for monitoring and troubleshooting

RoiGuru does not use Google Ads data for unrelated advertising, consumer profiling, or sale to third parties.

D. How data is used

• creating supported campaigns and advertisements
• applying authorized budget and bid updates
• monitoring campaign and delivery status
• pausing campaigns when authorized or operationally required
• producing performance reports
• maintaining service reliability, troubleshooting, and auditability
• meeting contractual, security, and legal obligations

E. Access controls

Access to the tool and retained Google Ads data is limited to authorized RoiGuru personnel who require it for service operation, support, security, or compliance purposes. RoiGuru applies role-appropriate access controls and reviews operational access as part of its internal security practices.

F. Data sharing

RoiGuru does not sell Google Ads data. Data is not shared with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes. Information may be processed by infrastructure or service providers acting on RoiGuru’s behalf where required to operate and secure the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

G. Retention

Campaign performance information, campaign status data, and related operational metadata are generally retained for approximately one year. Information may be retained for a shorter or longer period where required by a client agreement, legal obligation, security investigation, dispute, or legitimate record-keeping requirement.

H. Revocation and deletion

A client may remove or change RoiGuru’s manager-account access through the applicable Google Ads account controls. Clients may also contact RoiGuru to request termination of service access or deletion of retained Google Ads data.

Deletion requests are evaluated and completed subject to contractual, legal, security, backup, and legitimate record-keeping requirements.

I. Policy compliance

RoiGuru uses Google Ads API data only to provide and support the authorized advertising services described on this website and in the applicable client agreement. RoiGuru’s use of Google Ads data is intended to comply with applicable Google Ads API policies and terms.
